He was at work, when a client called up, called up for an immediate meeting in her office, 10 miles away. He had to agree as he had no option, reached there on time. Felt good, the client rep was a very pleasing woman. Her smile was genuine, her words were real and this made him more comfortable. She had to discuss an escalation that was not handled well by him, but it was so well put, he felt that he had done a great job and not handling the escalation well, was one off incident.
